Leap Year Cancel, Not...

Another item from my WW I collection. The interesting
thing here is not the postcard, the message, or
even the camp from which it was sent.
When I first saw this card, I thought, oh boy,
a leap year cancel. Always nice to find those.
But a closer inspection told me that this was
an error on the part of the machine operator.
As far as I know, 1919 was not a leap year!
Certainly not in the USA, at any rate.
